4SR Individual is a custom-made service for riders who want motorcycle gear tailored exactly to fit their body - and in their own original design. Whether you have your own clear vision or just struggle with off-the-rack sizing, we’ll deliver both. A perfect fit and complete uniqueness.

Some riders want to match their gear with their bike, helmet or racing style, others want to express their identity or team colors. With 4SR Individual, you design the suit YOUR way — and if standard sizes don’t fit, we’ll tailor it to your exact measurements.

How does the 4SR individual process work?

STEP 1  >  Measurement, consultation & gathering referencesYou provide your vision, bike photos, and inspiration. If you're ordering custom sizing, we’ll do an initial fitting — or send you an editable form with a video guide (measurement sheet – download here). You’ll fill in your sizes easily. Then we choose the type of leather (cow / kangaroo), the cut (fitted– sporty / looser – touring), and the suit type (1-piece / 2-piece).

STEP 2  >  Design creation with our graphic team
You’ll work closely with a 4SR designer. You can give feedback, suggest changes, tweak colors, fonts and patterns. Every design is unique and co-created between you and the 4SR team.

STEP 3  >  Printing
Once you approve the final design and pay for your suit, we begin production. The design is split into printable panels, prepared based on your measurements, and printed directly onto leather. After printing, we move on to steps like perforation, shaping of stretch panels, and more.

STEP 4  >  Tailoring and assembly
Each piece is laser-cut from leather, and the suit is assembled manually, with all the functional components like protectors, zippers, stretch zones and cuffs. We use our 4SR’s patented quadruple-stitched safety seam for maximum durability and safety.

STEP 5  >  Quality check & protector fitting
Every suit goes through a rigorous quality inspection. Since this is safety gear that we are producing, we keep the margin for error near zero. The suit is fitted with a full set of protectors — always included in the final price of your custom 4SR suit.
