WAY OF TRANSPORTATION
We use GLS and UPS to ship goods to the EU. Freight charges are charged according to a clear table.
DELIVERY TIMEAll the goods on offer are in stock and will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If it is not possible to meet the term, we will inform you. The orders placed before 12:00 noon will be delivered the next day.
The price of the goods is generally stated in Eur incl. VAT.
To pay for goods, the following options can be used:

Payment by GoPay - Payment by credit card system GoPay is very convenient for every cardholder. This payment is secure and fast. All credit or debit cards accepted.
We provide a two-year warranty on all products starting on the day of receipt of the goods. Goods damaged by improper handling, extreme mechanical stress, incorrect handling or maintenance will not be accepted as complaint.

Did you order the wrong size? When you shop online you can always easily replace or return unused goods within 14 days of delivery.

- The goods must be returned undamaged, in the condition in which you received them.
- The goods must be accompanied by a copy of the tax document and a request for a refund with the account number.
Complaints and returns are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller - in person, by phone or by email - see contacts, about any defects and shortcomings of the Seller without undue delay. In the case of a complaint, an order proving purchase is sufficient for the consumer. Upon receipt of the complaint, the Seller will assess whether the product has been treated as normal and will accept or reject the complaint according to established facts. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, all funds, including delivery costs, will be returned in the same manner as received from the consumer without undue delay.
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer under a sales or service contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may file an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute with the designated out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity, namely:
