In developing the 4SR Club Sport jeans, we leveraged our experience from World Superbikes. That's why these sport jeans, just like our race suits, feature functional flexible panels over the knees and on the hips. The flexible panels and the elastic Kevlar® by Dupont material we chose for these jeans ensure more comfortable wear and greater mobility when leaning into corners on the motorcycle.

"FREE AND PERFECTLY AIRY"

A small clever feature is the ventilation, which is smartly placed on the upper side of the thighs, right next to the side pockets. Placing the ventilation on the upper thigh also eliminates the risk of thigh injury from a zipper, which could injure a rider in a fall. For safety reasons, the ventilation is backed with Kevlar fabric.

Just as every suit we make is equipped with quality knee and shin protectors, the Club Sport Sky Black Kevlar jeans have exactly such protectors! Of course, they feature the highest Level 2 T+ certification and a 3D ergonomic protector shape that covers not only the knee but also the shin.

Thanks to the numerous crashes of our riders and our experience from world championship road racing, we know that the correct protector shape is one of the most important things. Therefore, we won't let you ride with flat protectors, which simply have no place in any protective gear.

4SR jeans are still the only Kevlar jeans on the market that have protector fixation in the correct place and meet the highest requirements of the standard. We even patented this very fixation system. How does the AFS – Armor Fixation System patent from 4SR work? The pants have an elastic inner sleeve sewn inside, which holds the protector on the knee and shin, and is independent of the outer jean material. So you always have the protector in the right place, while still enjoying the freedom of Kevlar jeans. You can also move the protector up and down precisely according to your height.
