What is 4SR INDIVIDUAL?

4SR Individual is a custom service for those who want motorcycle gear made exactly to measure and in their own, original design. Whether you have a clear idea of what your new suit should look like, or standard off-the-rack sizes simply don't fit you, with us you'll get not only a perfect fit but also absolute originality.

Some customers want to match their suit to their motorcycle, helmet, or racing style. Others want to express their own identity or team colors. With 4SR Individual, you can design a suit exactly to your liking. If standard off-the-rack sizes don't suit you, we'll create a suit precisely for your physique – we'll tailor it to measure.

What does the entire process of making a 4SR Individual suit look like?

Step 1 – Body measurement, consultation, and gathering of materials

The customer provides their vision, photos of the bike, ideas. If you're looking for a custom suit due to a non-standard physique, we will perform an initial measurement, or send you an editable document with a video guide (measurement form – download HERE), into which you simply fill in your measurements. We determine the leather type (cowhide / kangaroo), cut (tight – sport / looser – touring), and suit type (one-piece / two-piece).

Step 2 – Creating the design with our graphic designer

The design is created in close cooperation with our graphic designer. You can consult, suggest changes, fine-tune colors, fonts, and motifs. Each design is an original and is born from the cooperation of the customer and the 4SR team.

Step 3 – Printing

After final approval, the customer pays for the suit and we start production. The design is broken down into individual manufacturing panels according to the cut, a pre-press and manufacturing file is created exactly according to the measurement form, and the data is printed onto the selected leather. After printing, the process continues with steps such as perforation or wrapping of flexible panels.

Step 4 – Sewing and assembling the suit

Pieces are laser-cut from the leather panels, the suit is sewn, and functional elements are added: protectors, zippers, stretch panels, cuffs, etc. The patented, 4× stitched 4SR safety seam is utilized.

Step 5 – Quality control, protector insertion, and handover

Every suit is carefully inspected after sewing, and during the inspection, it is filled with a set of protectors, which the customer always receives with a new 4SR suit at no extra cost.

Step 6 – Enjoying the new suit
