Warranty Period

We provide a two-year warranty on all products, starting from the day the goods are received. Goods damaged by improper handling, extreme mechanical stress, incorrect manipulation or maintenance will not be accepted for a warranty claim.

Didn't get the right size? When shopping in our e-shop, you always have the assurance that you can easily exchange or return unused goods within 14 days of delivery.

• The goods must be returned undamaged, in the same condition as you received them.
• A copy of the tax document and a request for a refund stating the account number must be included with the goods.

Warranty claims and product returns are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to inform the seller of any defects and shortcomings without undue delay - in person, by phone, or by email - see contacts. For a warranty claim, an order proving the purchase is sufficient for the consumer. Upon receipt of a claim, the seller will assess whether the product has been handled as is customary and, based on the facts found, will accept or reject the claim. If a consumer withdraws from the contract, all monetary funds, including delivery costs, will be refunded to them without undue delay, in the same manner in which they were received from them.

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer from a purchase contract or a service provision contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is:
