4SR Individual is a custom service for those who want motorcycle gear tailored exactly to their measurements and in their own, original design. Whether you have a clear idea of what your new suit should look like, or standard off-the-rack sizes simply don't fit you, with us you'll get not only a perfect fit but also absolute originality.

Some customers want to match their suit to their motorcycle, helmet, or racing style. Others want to express their own identity or team colors. With 4SR Individual, you can design a suit exactly to your liking. If standard off-the-rack sizes don't work for you, we'll create a suit precisely for your body, we'll simply tailor it to your measurements.

How does the 4SR individual process work?

STEP 1  >  Body measurement, consultation, and gathering of materials
The customer provides their vision, photos of the bike, ideas. If you're looking for a custom suit due to a non-standard body type, we'll perform an initial measurement, or send you an editable document with a video guide (measurement form - download HERE), into which you can simply fill in your measurements for us. We determine the type of leather (cowhide / kangaroo), the cut (tight - sporty / looser - touring), and the type of suit (one-piece / two-piece).

STEP 2  >  Design creation with our graphic artist
The design is created in close collaboration with our graphic artist. You can therefore consult, propose changes, fine-tune colors, font styles, and motifs. Every design is original and emerges from the cooperation between the customer and the 4SR team.

STEP 3  >  Printing
After final approval, the customer pays for the suit and we launch production. The design is broken down into individual manufacturing panels according to the cut, a pre-press and production file is created precisely according to the measurement chart, and the data is printed onto the selected leather. After printing the design onto the leather panels, we proceed with finishing steps such as perforation, wrapping of flexible panels, etc.

STEP 4  >  Sewing and assembly of the suit
Individual pieces for assembling the suit are laser-cut from the leather panels. The suit is sewn and functional elements are added, namely protectors, zippers, stretch panels, cuffs, etc. This is meticulous handwork utilizing the patented, 4x-stitched 4SR safety seam.

STEP 5  >  Quality control of protector placement and handover to the customer
Every suit is carefully inspected after sewing. We strive to reduce the risk of error, given that this is a safety item, to an absolute minimum. During inspection, the suit is fitted with a set of protectors, which the customer always receives with a new 4SR suit as part of the price.

STEP 6  >  Enjoying your new suit
