We believe safety shouldn't be reserved for the most expensive models.

We don't make our cheaper models by cutting quality or safety. The differences between models come from use case, equipment, or design — never from compromises in rider protection. Our goal is to offer maximum quality at the best possible price.

That's why every one of our suits is built to the same production philosophy. We only ever offer the best equipment we're capable of building. The 4SR suits you can order online or buy in our stores are identical to the ones our professional racers use. We don't make distinctions — there's only one level of safety > 4SR FAIR PLAY

Function comes first. Always.

At 4SR we never start by asking what a product will look like. We start by asking how it will perform.

Price and design matter. We know that. But when we develop every suit, jacket, glove, or pair of jeans, our first concern is how it will protect its wearer and how it will behave in real riding conditions.

That's why you won't find design done purely for effect on our gear. Every cut, panel, seam, perforation, and material has a reason behind it. Every centimetre of our gear exists to improve the rider's safety, function, or comfort.

Modern design isn't the goal. It's the result of a well-engineered product.

Development and experience from the racetrack

There's no better test lab than the racetrack.

That's where most of the experience we carry into our production gear comes from.

Every year we work with racers across the world's most prestigious championships. Every kilometre ridden, every crash, and every win feeds directly into development. We equally value our work with factory teams and motorcycle manufacturers, who help us keep pushing our products forward over the long term.

The result isn't just a race suit for professionals. It's safer gear, at the best quality we can build, for every rider.

4SR patented safety solutions

A protector only protects if it stays exactly where it should. That's why we developed and patented our own elastic inner-leg system for our kevlar jeans.

Sewn inside every pair of 4SR jeans is a separate, elastic, breathable inner leg carrying a height-adjustable 3D knee and shin protector. Because it isn't fixed to the outer leg, it moves with your leg — not with your trousers.

The result is more accurate protector positioning, both while riding and in a crash.

We applied the same thinking to our patented safety seam. From the outside it looks unremarkable, but on the inside it's quadruple-stitched with a central reinforcement thread that significantly increases the strength of the whole seam.

Real safety is often invisible at first glance.

We work with the best protector manufacturers

We don't believe one manufacturer can offer the best solution for everything.

That's why we don't develop our own protectors just to put our logo on them. We continuously test products from the world's leading manufacturers and select the protector combination that gives the best possible protection for each model.

4SR one-piece suits carry 18 ergonomically positioned protectors in total, among the highest counts of any series-produced motorcycle suit in the world.

We use, for example, Betac viscoelastic protectors, which meet EN 1621-1:2012 even under additional testing at elevated temperatures (T+).

4SR kevlar jeans are fitted with protectors from the Italian brand Safe Tech, covering both the knee and shin. LEVEL 2 T+ certification and an ergonomic 3D shape are standard.

Certification is the minimum. Protection is the goal.

Every quality piece of motorcycle gear has to meet the relevant standards. But we don't treat certification itself as the goal.

A standard sets the minimum requirements. Our goal is to build products that go well beyond it and hold up above all in real-world conditions. So when we develop gear, we're not looking for the easiest way to pass a standard. We're always looking for the best possible result, regardless of what other manufacturers settle for getting the minimum to pass. That's why 4SR gear exceeds the standards in many respects.
