Whether you already have a clear idea of what your new suit should look like, or standard off-the-rack sizes simply don't fit you, with us you get not just a perfect fit, but absolute originality.

Some customers want their suit to match their motorcycle, helmet, or racing style. Others want to express their own identity or team colors. With 4SR Individual, you can design a suit exactly to your own taste. And if standard off-the-rack sizes don't fit you, we'll build a suit to match your exact physique — tailored, simply, to measure.

What does the whole process of making a 4SR Individual suit look like?

STEP 1 > Body measurement, consultation, and gathering materials
You provide your vision, photos of your bike, and ideas. If you're after a custom suit because standard sizing doesn't fit your build, we'll take an initial measurement ourselves, or send you an editable document with a video guide — the measurement form is available to download HERE — where you simply fill in your own measurements. Together we determine the leather type, cut, and suit type.

STEP 2 > Creating the design with our graphic designer
The design takes shape in close collaboration with our graphic designer. You can discuss ideas, request changes, and fine-tune colors, fonts, and motifs together. Every design is an original, created jointly by the customer and the 4SR team.

STEP 3 > Printing
Once the design is finally approved, the customer pays for the suit and we start production. The design is broken down into individual production panels according to the cut, a pre-press and production file is created to match the measurement form exactly, and the artwork is printed onto the chosen leather. Once the design is printed onto the leather panels, we move on to finishing steps such as perforation or shaping of the flexible panels.

STEP 4 > Sewing and assembling the suit
The individual pieces are laser-cut from the printed leather panels. The suit is sewn and functional elements are added — protectors, zips, stretch panels, and cuffs. This is careful handwork, using the patented, 4x-stitched 4SR safety seam.

STEP 5 > Quality control, fitting the protectors, and handover
Every suit is carefully inspected once sewn. Since this is a piece of safety equipment, we keep the margin for error to an absolute minimum. During inspection, the suit is fitted with a full set of protectors, which every customer receives included in the price of a new 4SR suit.

STEP 6 > Enjoying your new suit
