The materials, cut, and triple-stitch sewing process are derived from the experience we gained developing racing suits. At 4SR, we make no distinction between racing and customer suits, so this suit is also made from the same leather, sewn with identical technology, and equipped with the same protectors as the suits of our factory riders in WSBK, BSB, or Moto America.
CREATED FOR SCRAPING ASPHALT!
The suit is made from premium 1.2 mm thick bovine leather and comes standard with a total of 13 protectors. On the shoulders, elbows, knees, and shins, you'll find comfortable Italian Betac protectors. In the areas of the shoulders, collarbones, elbows, forearms, hips, tailbone, knees, and shins, memory foam panels are sewn in, which absorb impact in a crash and provide an additional layer of rider protection in case the leather is worn through. The areas most exposed in a crash – shoulders, elbows, hips, and seat – feature two layers of leather. All this is complemented by black sliders on the shoulders, elbows, and knees. The suit can be supplemented with a back and chest protector, or one of the airbag vests available on the market.
The pre-curved sleeve cut, forward-set shoulders, well-shaped knees, and seamless stretch panels in the crotch and underarms allow you to assume a flawless riding position on a sports bike. The narrow sleeve cuffs do not restrict free wrist movement, allowing the use of racing gloves. For greater comfort, the jacket is extended at the back and can easily be attached to 4SR Kevlar jeans. The suit is finished with a logo and decorative elements made from sanded leather.
