When can I expect my order?
Everything you can order in our store is in stock and ready to ship. That means no waiting for restocking, and no extra changes to your order.
Order before 12:00 PM and your parcel can arrive as soon as the next business day. Standard delivery time is a maximum of 3 business days from when we receive your order. If a delay ever comes up, we'll let you know in good time.
Can I return the item if it doesn't work out?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just fill out the withdrawal form, include it with the parcel, and send the item back to our address.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How do I exchange an item for the wrong size?
If the size you ordered doesn't fit, send us the unworn item in its original condition and packaging, along with a copy of your proof of purchase and the completed exchange form included with every order.

Where do I file a warranty claim, and how long does it take?
If you bought the item in our online store, file the claim directly with us. If you bought it from one of our authorized dealers, contact the store where you made the purchase.
The statutory deadline for resolving a claim is 30 days from filing, though in most cases we resolve claims considerably faster.
What shipping and payment options do you offer?
We ship domestic orders within the Czech Republic via GLS and Česká pošta. At checkout, you can choose whichever shipping method suits you best. Shipping costs 99 CZK.
You can pay using the following methods:
- Cash on delivery – pay when you receive the parcel from the courier (Czech Republic deliveries only).
- Online card payment (GoPay) – fast, secure card payment.
- PayPal – convenient, secure online payment via PayPal.
