Can I sell 4SR motorcycle clothing in my store?
Please send us information about your brick and mortar shop to info@4sr.com where we can arrange a prospective cooperation. Just the online sale of our goods is not possible.

Does 4SR provide sponsoring?
We pick our factory-supported riders carefully, with most of them racing rather heavy machines. Other professional racers may enjoy material support from 4SR, in most cases consisting in a significant discount on racing suits. 4SR does not provide solely financial support.

May I visit the 4SR head office?
Unfortunately, paying us a visit is not possible as yet. We are planning on opening new representative premises with a sales floor and a warehouse for you in the next year.

Products

How do I choose the right size?
What does a right size mean? Neither the clothing nor the gloves feel too tight, the protectors sit firmly where they are supposed to sit and I am comfortable. With leather, I go for a tighter size as the material adjusts over time. If placing an order through the Eshop, please always refer to the parameters shown at every product under the Size Table tab and follow the guidance provided with that table.

How should I care for my 4SR clothing?
Leather clothing should be washed with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth. Get rid of any dirt ideally right after you return from a ride. If you need to dry wet clothes, spread them in a well ventilated area away from sources of heat or sunlight. Dry glossy leather should be treated with a balm. Put a layer of it on the apparel and let it absorb. Then wipe the remaining balm off. If you own matte leather clothes, avoid using a balm! Use an impregnating spray on matte pieces. Textile motorcycle clothing does not require further care; however, you can still treat it with impregnation spray after cleaning.
Kevlar trousers can be hand-washed at 30°C after all protectors have been removed.

Can I machine-wash textile motorcycle clothing?
No. Textile jackets and trousers feature a waterproof membrane which might get torn and loose the intended effect as a result. The only machine-washable piece in case of this kind of apparel is the detachable thermal lining.

What should I avoid?
Do not leave clothes in direct sunlight if you are not using them right now or are drying them. This would do them no good as the colours might fade in several days. Also rough surfaces and sharp objects may easily damage the fine leather often used by 4SR. If you have already damaged your clothing, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to give you the best possible advice as to how to repair it. Avoid wearing light-coloured leather clothes in combination with dark jeans which can easily stain the leather.

The leather is not the same all over my apparel. Is this usual?
Since the genuine leather used in all 4SR leather products is a natural material, it may vary in thickness, elasticity and the depth of the grain. This is what makes it special and unique and should not be regarded as an imperfection.

Is it possible to mend my clothes if they suffered a fall?
We provide good quality warranty and after-warranty service for all 4SR leather goods. The final price of the repair depends on the scale of the damage. We only accept cleaned clothes for repair.

The protectors in Kevlar and leather trousers do not fit my height. Is there something that can be done about this?
All Kevlar and leather trousers (with the exception of the TR 2 sports ones) feature height-adjustable Velcro protectors, for everyone to find their ideal position.

Does 4SR offer bespoke tailoring?
We make custom leather jackets, trousers, both two-piece and one-piece, racing suits. We really understand how important is to have a racing suit that fits perfectly. That´s why we try to consider the needs and physical proportion of each racer. All of this goes hand in hand with a colour combination and overall design, which can be done in any colour combination and style. Namely even with sponsor logos, names and numbers. All details can be produced in printed form, leather logos, embroidery or laser burning. Write us at individual@4sr.eu and you will immediately receive graphical materials and supplementary information. We are looking forward to hearing your ideas.

How long does a custom manufacture take?
The delivery time is about 10 - 12 weeks.  It also depends at what time into the season you place your order.

What protectors does 4SR use?
4SR products always have to meet and exceed the highest standards of safety. We therefore do not manufacture our own protectors, but rather use the best in each given segment, made by specialized producers. We always look at the quality of protection of the rider, provided by the protectors.
As the only manufacturer in the Czech Republic, we use protectors from leading European producers Betac and Pro-Life. You can always examine the protectors used in a particular product under the Comfort & Safety tab.

When are current collections introduced?
We always launch the first pieces from a new collection before the start of the season, i.e. around February / March. The entire collection is always introduced step by step and we launch novelties throughout the year.

How much do I pay for postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging is EUR 15 within the EU. For postage rates outside of the EU, please ask before you order.

When do I get a confirmation of order reception?
The e-mail generated automatically for you after your order is submitted includes an order confirmation as well. Do not await another confirmation from us as all the goods are on stock and will be delivered to you as soon as possible after the reception of your order.

What kinds of transport do you offer?
We send our goods through GLS and UPS courier services.

Can I return the goods delivered if I am not happy with it?
You can do so within 14 days from the date the purchase receipt is issued. Simply complete the enclosed form and send the goods (unworn, in its original packaging) back to us.

Please send the goods along with a copy of the sales receipt and the completed form which is included with every delivery to our address.

Where can I make a claim and how long does it take to settle it?
If you bought your goods in the e-shop, please send it to us directly. In other cases, please contact the store that issued the tax document for you. There is a statutory term of 30 days from the start of the claim process; however, claims are usually handled much faster.
